dat practical armor

I love every aspect of this.

yes yes practical armor is super rad and stuff BUT IT IS A BLACK WOMAN REPRESENTING VANILLA ASS HUMANS IN A D&D HANDBOOK. THIS IS HUGE FOR ME! SHE’S NOT SOME “TRIBESWOMAN FROM THE SOUTHERN WILDS” OR SOME OTHER STUPID BULLSHIT THAT TRIES TO CONVINCE US BLACK PEOPLE NEED TO HAVE THEIR EXISTENCE EXPLAINED IN A FANTASY WORLD, GOD DAMMIT THIS MAKES ME SO HAPPY

Tumblr Songs 2/10: Hopeless Wanderer by Mumford and Sons

(I’m not taking suggestions anymore!)

This one hit me hard when I remembered the line “how I long to grow old” and it just kind of spiraled from there. u_u

Tumblr Songs 1/10: Miss Jackson by Panic! at the Disco ft. LOLO

(I’m not taking suggestions anymore!)

Since there might be some odd speculation about the meaning of the art in conjunction with the song:

1. It’s not cause-and-effect—"oh no she dumped eridan and kissed sollux, now eridan is sad and kills angels".  Those panels are just there to show time passing for those characters.

2. The line “I love her anyway” set with the later part of the video is meant to create dissonance, not sympathy.  P sure everyone would’ve gotten that, but just in case.
